It was gratifying to see the generous and I mean generous amount of lobster in the mango lobster, on par with May's in Santa Cruz. The roll was absolutely delightful. The masago obscures the amount of lobster but believe me, if you love lobster, this roll will not disappoint!
Sushi Readyyyy. Been here twice in the last two weeks. It is just that good. Not too fancy inside and no cloth napkins but what you do get is top-notch and super fresh sushi. The guys that prep the food are super nice and knowledgeable. Go and enjoy!
My wife and I have been going here for a few years now. It's a nice cozy area and the prices of their sushi is pretty fair. I absolutely love baked rolls and I'm super happy I'm able to get a lion king roll that's pretty much down my street. I'd like to say this place is kind of a hole in the wall restaurant. But their sushi here great and we always come back to this place!
Good food at a great price. I had the best futo maki so far here. An order of gyoza will get you nine instead of your typical six or so. Happy hour is until seven and beer and hot sake is half price while rolls are 20% off. They have some really great sake you can buy by the bottle and some fairly unique rolls. Would definitely recommend!
The BEST TGI's Sushi. Has plenty of room, fast service and the best sushi. Freshest fish outside of Japan and largest rolls for the price in the entire Bay Area!
Nice little place. We went for lunch to celebrate our son's first week of kindergarten. The little guy asked for sushi. Food was good and great service. They even refilled the miso soup as our son really liked it and drank almost the whole bowl.
We had dinner tonight at Sushi Blvd and felt wanting to write a brief paragraph to help promote this place. We ordered two Jamie's rolls (one first and then added another one because we liked it so much - very rich texture and simply tastes good!), Teriyaki roll, Rachel roll, and a bento box (with teriyaki chicken and teriyaki salmon). Every dish was excellent. Teriyaki chicken in the bento box was very tender, probably is the best I have ever had. I'd certainly recommend this place.
Sushi Blvd. has some of the best fish I've had and they don't skimp. Everything is pretty simple and no complaints about the service. No fancy presentation or a Asian fusion, just really good sushi.
